*6:15 start meeting *The Whit- Turn in your reviews to andrew. Go watch a movie, write a review and turn it in! *Film fest- everyone get their email? team leaders get their email? Make sure you turn your concept in Nov 3rd *Incubator- we are going as a club to see it. It starts at 8pm, we will go after the meeting *Ryan and Dan are pitching next week *5 minute meeting for the film festival groups *CW Presents- Producers had a production meeting. We will get 2 shows out this semester. A new updated crew list will be sent around next week. At least 3 shows are planned for, for next semester. *Bolex training Thursday, October 20, 2005
*6:15 start meeting *CW Presents- There will be a production meeting tomorrow with the producers *1 Minute Film Fest- team leaders introduced and picked teams from a hat. 2 minute meet and greet. An email is going to be sent out later this weekend or early next week with contact information between groups and their team leader. RULES- you get 2 rolls of film to make one short film. Stay around Rowan. Concept for your film is due Nov 3rd. You get one shooting date as a team. The days to chose are between Nov 11, 12, 18, and 19 (all fridays/saturdays). As soon as you pick a date, tell Arden asap because there are only 3 bolexes available for each day. *Scratched films- any questions? concerns? *Bolex training starts next week, please stay even if you know the camera because you can still help those who don't know it. *There was going to be a pitch but it is postponed till next week *Description of crew positions on a film shoot

*6:15 start meeting *Tonight is movienight at the Ritz. Quick meeting because of this. Meet Mike there after meeting to get your ticket. *The Whit- film reviews still needed, contact Andrew to write for it or reviews for the website too *Film Fest- could use more team leaders if any other qualified person wants to be one (must have had film 1 before and been on at lease one CW film shoot) *CW Presents- general update. Producers have been picked, for the most part however there are no production meetings as of yet *Incubator- Kathryn's group meets 8am tomorrow, lighting meets at 7am. Arden's grop needs a camera person for Sunday and possibly next Thurs night. *Arrange carpools and go watch a good movie at the Ritz!! Thursday, October 6, 2005
*6:20pm start meeting *email list server passed around *If you want to write film reviews for The Whit or the website, contact Andrew (bakera84@students..) *Movie Night- next thursday, after meeting. Mike will have tickets there for us, we will arrange rides/carpooling right beforehand. No meeting afterwards because the coffeeshop will be closed. Movie selections and timetable passed around next week. *Incubator- Kathryn's group meet after meeting. Arden's group shooting on the 9th. She still needs a small crew (about 10 people). She also needs an editor! *1 Minute Film Fest- sign up for crew or be a crew leader. Crews will be picked out of a hat from those interested. 4 person crews. *Zombie movie- extra's needed for acting. Bierman will have more details in following weeks *Scratched films- pick up film stock at the end of the meeting to go and make them.
