Cinema Workshop meets every Thursday in Bozorth Hall, room 49, at 11 am.
Filmmaking isn't just for film students. We welcome everyone from any and all majors to join Cinema Workshop. As well as directors and screenwriters, there is always a need for musical composers, digital editors, actors, and capable crewmembers.
ANNOUNCEMENT - Former Member Tami Mahoney was part of the crew for one of the favorite films at the 48 Hour Film Project. Her film, "I Am A Sexy Man," won the Audience Award at the 2003 screening. For those interested in seeing her film, check out the 48 Hour Film screening at the Philly Film Fest.
February 20, 2003 - Film Festival links added to "Links" page. Check out the Philadelphia Festival of World Cinema and the 1st Philadelphia Erotic Film and Video Festival sites.
February 7, 2003 - Students looking for production experience should check "Other Events" for information about a production at the Battleship New Jersey. Also, new links added.
October 17, 2002 - Check "Other Events" for a link to Resfest, going on now in New York. "Links" page added.
September 22, 2002 - Check "Other Events" for information on lighting and camera demos with Jack Swern.
September 14, 2002 - Proposal Guidelines added. Check to see what kind of grant you can get once greenlighted, and how to get greenlighted in the first place.
September 12, 2002 - "Movie Night Screenings" schedule added. Check to see what movies will be shown this semester. We will be viewing some underground classics on Monday and Wednesday nights at 6pm in Bozorth 49.
